Tuyere bellows
The tuyere stock assembly of blast furnace, located at the end of hot blast pipe, is the passageway connecting hot air bustle pipe with blast furnace. It includes gooseneck, expansion joint, connecting pipe, elbow, blow pipe, peephole, tensioning device, tension bridle device and fastenings etc..
Tuyere stock assembly is used to feed the hot blast from hot air bustle pipe into furnace chamber and inject fuel into blast furnace. We adopt the design concept of “efficiency, lower-energy consumption, high quality, long service life, cleaning and practicality”, and manufacture the products with characteristics of high pressure resistance, high temperature resistance, fatigue resistance, low surface temperature and small heat loss.
